3. Subscription Plans and Pricing
AkiSignals FOREX: The price for this plan is 37 EUR/month.
AkiSignals CRYPTO: The price for this plan is 50 EUR/month.
Bundle (FOREX+CRYPTO) 20% OFF Plan: The price for this plan is 70 EUR/month.
4. No Guarantees or Warranties
AkiSignals does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the signals provided. Forex and Crypto markets are inherently unpredictable, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Users acknowledge that trading involves risks, and AkiSignals makes no warranties regarding the profitability of its signals.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
All subscription plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed through PayPal. As AkiSignals provides digital services, no refunds are available. Users are responsible for understanding this policy before subscribing.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
Users agree not to file chargebacks or disputes with PayPal for any payments made to AkiSignals. In the event of a chargeback or dispute, users acknowledge and agree to compensate AkiSignals for any damage or loss incurred due to the dispute. AkiSignals reserves the right to pursue debt collection and dispute resolution against users who file for refunds.
